Here is a common challenge of a full bath in a tight space. We used the roof joists in the tub area, with plenty of room to stand for the use of the shower. With water hitting the angled ceiling, pieces of glass were cut and sandblasted to match the accent tile in the border and applied to a durarock underlayment.

The recessed cabinet with the raised panel door provides ample storage. Note the tile shelf next to the sink and the use of glass shelves above the toilet, matching the glass in the shower area.

Tile: 18 x 18 Travertine floor with 6 x 6 travertine wainscot. A 12 x 12 gray marble with brown veins is used in the shower with 1 x 1 travertine accented with 1 x 1 green glass to tie it all together.  The paint color was mixed to match the glass.
